You can purchase a entire new phone and they will use that phone on your current verizon account. However if you already have phone insurance on your verizon plan, the insurance will cover your cell phone. All you need to do is to pay the deductible of $50 which be on your next bill and they will send you the exact model of your cell phone. Call Veizon Wireless if you have any questions.

If you don't have insurance then you will have to purchase a entire new cell phone at retail cost. There are no discounts what so ever. Prices for new phones range from $200 to $300 depending on the model. Another good idea to save you money is to purchase a Verizon Prepaid phone and activate that phone on your verizon contract plan. The phone will work like a contract phone. You can purchase any prepaid Verizon phone at Best Buy, Target or Walmart.

You will have to pay full price for one unless you had insurance on it. You can find many new or near new phones on ebay for much cheaper than the verizon store.
