Republican "morality":
If Bill Clinton did it, it's horrible and despicable.
If George Bush did it, it's great and honorable.
It doesn't really matter what they did, you see. Basically what it comes down to with this administration is one interest and one only: corporate profit-taking. Anyone who think they are actually "conservative" or "Christians" needs to open the Bible and read it and do more research on what conservatism really means.

Let's face it, people can hold two completely opposing viewpoints in their heads, and not acknowledge the hypocrisy. This is called a "cognitive disonance" I think. Yes, Clinton lied. we get it. So, how does his wrongdoing make Scooter's wrongdoing okay? either it wasn't wrong, meaning you shouldn't hold it against Clinton, or it was wrong, so you shouldn't celebrate Scoot's commutation. Ya can't have it both ways.

Clinton was not just lying about his "wee-wee" He lied before congress about what happened with the deals during the Whitewater mess, and tried every way he could to stop investigations about his sexual harassment of women under his authority. Get your facts right before you open your pie hole.
You or I would still be rotting in prison for doing what Clinton did. No it's not right, but that's what happened. like it or not, that's just the way it is.

You liberals didn't have a problem with Billyboy staying out of jail but Libby gets the same treatment and all of the sudden you're talking about morality.
