Would she be able to get child support? What if a man stole Oprah's egg, imseminated and had a serogate carry it, would he be eligible for child support? Why or why not?

Hypathetical, just curious.

come on there is no aspiring lawyers willing to argue the case? I asked the question because I watched a show where a down on her luck actress took a used condom out of a producers trash can and sued him for paternity because he couldn't prove he never had sex with her. So he killed her.

No, it would be deemed "non-consent" as the person didn't willingly participate in creating the child.

Any illegal contract, whether explicit, alleged or implied would not be valid. No, he/she would not as neither Bill Gates were a willing participant in the act that resulted in the pregnancy and the pregnancy would be a result of an original legal act of "theft" of the sperm or the egg.

What you watched on was an episode of CSI (I saw the same episode) and she did not get pregnant or sue him...he caught her trying to insert a used condom with his sperm inside herself and he killed her, this is not a "real-life" situation that has happened, it is a story by a writer.

Very hypothetical. If you steal something, you cannot profit from it. And I sincerely doubt either Bill or Oprah are into contributing DNA.

No and no.

Anymore so than if you stole Gate's child and then demanded child support.
