this is a sign of urinary calculi, a very serious condition in show wethers. you need to take him to a vet right away, or you WILL lose him! i had several friends lose their show goats last year to it! it's a pretty serious condition. you should always feed a medicated goat feed that is for the prevention of urinary calculi. if you need more info on it, feel free to email me, and also google it.

Its probably a stone blocking his urerthra. You'll need to call a vet for advice on this one. In the future put some apple cider vinegar in his water to help prevent stones from forming.

I don't know goats too well, but perhaps it is like horses and he has beans, or he needs to have that particular part of his body cleaned.

Beans are obstructions that form, and it makes peeing a hard and painful job for the animal.

As is the common answer: "Take him to the vet."
