i signed them over a yr ago and still see my daughter but the father who has primary custody is wanting to gain full custody which i do not want to happen.

Once you voluntarily terminated your rights you aren't going to get them back unless you can get some Supreme court to intervene on an error. But as you voluntarily did it, I suspect the case is closed.
