There Is Definate DRUG Action In This Movie It Is Two Aliens On Present Day Earth! There Is A Scene With A Woman In A Mechanics Workshop The Bad Alien Grabs Her And Out Of His Hand Shoots A Tube Or Something That Sends Drugs Into Her System Or Something Like That.

This sounds like a movie I saw a long *** time ago called "I Come in Peace" the bad alien always says that before injecting them with a lethal dose of a drug similar to heroin. apparently it's also known as Dark Angel or Death Angel and a few others. Dolf Lundgren was the cop.
