public disturbance, verbal assault, i'm sure could be used - i can almost guarantee it is a warning/fine the first few times, but then things get more serious....

to make a prank call that falls under Un Lawful of the Telecommunications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 223 the call must be done with the intent to "annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass". all you will get is a fine...repeated might be more severe...and *67 dosen't work...they'll just call the operator who will call and send over the police to your address or whatever address is listed for the number

Just make sure your number's blocked. I doubt the police would do anything about a prank caller.

Well I dont think if you do it only 1 time per person. But repediatly calling them is herasment

I think it would be harassment but if you keep calling they could probably take further action.
