Why does Bush condone criminal conduct? Oh yeah, because he and his administration are also criminals?

Sorry, I'm not a fan of Paris. Just making a point. If you're not smart enough to realize that then don't comment.

Bill Clinton committed perjury....why didn't he go to jail?

Paris Hilton should not have gone to jail. The "crime" she supposedly committed was driving her car without a piece of government paper (which, by the way, the government uses merely to track where people live so that their armed thugs called the police department can disappear anybody whom they deem a threat to them).

"Scooter" Libby is a war criminal who was one of the people responsible for the fraud called the War on Iraq. He should be in jail for that illegal and immoral war (how about booking him on counts of murder for every person killed in this war so far?), though I have no problem with the fact that he leaked a CIA agent's name, which is not a crime.

Oh big deal, Hilton spent what a few days in jail. What a comparision. problem is that Libby did not commit a crime. And the person that did actually do this got off scot free. Armitage spilled the beans about this woman and the prosecutor knew it.
Oh and if you like criminals, how about someone who drove his car off a bridge and got away with drowning a woman.
Or someone caught with 90 thousand dollars in bribe money in their freezer?
How about a congresswoman that assaulted a police officer? Or a congressman that was DWI and ran his car into a concrete post? What happened to these people, in a word NOTHING. So who is really condoning criminal conduct?

Well, I suppose that since Libby was the scapegoat for the people who really outted Valerie!, he then lied to further protect them, and then he really got screwed! But since he did lie, and obstructed justice, I think the sentence was fair! But to have Bush them commute the sentence, but leave the stain on his record, SUCKS!!
So, when do the trials for Rove, and Novak start for their part in this fiasco ? Just wondering.

for some reason, senior ranking CIA officers get noticed by the president, and movie stars don't

why doesn't it suprise me, and why doesn't it really seem like such an injustice?

That's what a misdemeanor means to a Liberal and 4 felonies to a Conservative.

Perhaps check your history. Every president has done this. Hell, Carter gave out over 3,000 of these. Count Clintons also.
YIKES!!!!!
