No, I don't live in Kentucky, but I shop there. The sales tax is better there than it is in Tennessee. In Kentucky, there is no sales tax on food, and the sales tax on other items is 4% less than Tennessee. It really adds up on major purchases such as electronics, bringing savings of $20 or more on computers and televisions. It is worth the 20 minute drive. Not only that, I shop in Murray, Kentucky. Because it is a college town, the products offered at area businesses include much more progressive items, than the dark ages products available in Tennessee. There is a much better selection of restaurants as well, where we are able to eat healthy.
