I'm training to be an exotic dancer. I'm really skinny, double-jointed, and agile. Do men mostly go to strip clubs to see big-breasted women, or skinny, humble-chested, energetic, medium-tall heighted females? Also, what advice do you want to give me, as I"ve never been to a strip club before? I'm going in for an interview this weekend. Need help. Thx!!

The curvy girls usually make more money, but of course not all men like the same thing.

You should go to the club first before you audition.

Most strip clubs try to have some variety, because not every guy likes the same kind of girl. I always thought that I couldn't dance because I have a smaller chest. But now I'm the top earner at my club. You don't ave to have big ****, in fact, being thin is more likely to get you hired. Just act confidant. Let them know you're new so they won't expect fancy pole tricks or anything- but act excited to do it. A good attitude is a must. Talk to the guys. If you make a mistake, just laugh it off and keep going. Usually, all they really want to see at an audition is if you can indeed get naked (or topless, whatever the club it) on stage.

Now, I want to warn you, sometimes people go to strip clubs to be *ssholes. So, someone might say something critical of your body. Just remember, for every pathetic jerk out there, there's a dozen guys in the club who probably think you're smokin'.

Good luck!

103 lbs at say, 5'2" to 5'4" is probably enough not to make you look emaciated. Maybe a bit on the petite side, but you probably won't look like you have an eating disorder. Any taller and I'd say you'd probably benefit from putting on a few extra pounds.

As said above, in many different forms, different men like different things and go to clubs like this for different reasons. Mostly though, it's for attention and the entertainment that men frequent these clubs. The thing you should worry most about is the type of club you're going to. These places range from high-end adult clubs, with nice bars, bouncers at the doors, and fairly strict dress codes, to sleazy dives where every dreg from society comes to paw at the dancers, and all points between.

One other general thing; men go to these clubs to see pretty girls, plain and simple. If your body looks good, you have a pretty face, and come off as someone who can draw in a crowd, then you're fine. If men want something more specific, that's what internet porn is for.

Whatever job you do manage to land in the future, though, my advice? Other than the dancers and floor staff that you'll likely see on a regular basis, make nice with the bartender and the bouncer. The bartender's going to be the one that can point prospective customers in your direction, and will also be a set of eyes once you're on the floor. The bouncer, well, that's obvious. All you have to remember is that you're in control of the show, and if for whatever reason, that control slips, the bouncer's there to fix that, and usually fast. Kissing a-- to the owner? Well, I suppose that's like any OTHER job where you're kissing a-- to the boss. However, if for whatever reason kissing a-- turns literal, leave. You may be working the dance pole and flashing your body to complete strangers, but that STILL doesn't give your boss or ANYONE ELSE for that matter the right to assume you're an easy mark and will put out for anything. They say that's how it works in the industry? No, it isn't.

Have super-feminist friends that say this propogates the exploitation of women and devalues yourself as a human being working in an indignified job? Just remember, about a century or so ago, women might have been doing this or worse out of NECESSITY. The fact that you're CHOOSING to do this should speak volumes of how far women's rights have come. Remember, feminism isn't about what OTHER women think you should or shouldn't do; it's all about YOUR choices.

All in all, good luck!

First I think you should visit some strip clubs so that you can see for yourself the type of business you want to be involved in. It would be great research and you can also talk to the dancers and get some really good feed back on what men want when they go there. It's my experience that all sorts of girls do well at these clubs. Men mostly go here for the attention they are made to feel very very special and if you can do that the fact that your not a 36 DD won't matter.

Chest size is not the most important factor. Attitude is. It doesn't matter how much you have. You have to be proud of whatever your talent is. If you are very agile, incorporate that into your dance. Make that your selling point.

This applies to almost anything that you do but especially any type of performing. When you get up on any stage, you are inviting rejection. Make sure that you are able to stand up to that possibility.

Knowledge is power. Know what you will be expected to do. Go to a strip club to see what goes on before your interview. Make sure that this is the way that you want people to see you.

Jeezus H Christ!!
"... a job that is worth wile. Getting naked in front of guys is not a dignified job. Have some self esteem value yourself as a woman!" - Biri...

i think ive seen it all now...dignified..value....on who's terms..society's? fkn great role modle there, Biri's terms ....dont even know her, but she's perfect??? ...right...

Hun, i wouldnt worry bout crap like that, if your going for an interview, obviously your of a legal age, and OBVIOUSLY old enough to make up your own mind...do what you think is right for you, however, i do agree with the others, if you are unsure what to expect, i would seriously consider going to some clubs and see for yourself what it is you are going to be involved with..ask around, talk is cheap, so learn all you can

Good luck with your carreer, and all the best for your interview

Go girl. And do not mind the moralists on this page. Maybe they just don't have your guts. It is a free country, and if it is not illegal, then you are free to do what you want.

103 lbs is not bad. If you are training to be an exotic dancer - - - well maybe there is exotica in Ethiopia.

Have a good interview. And finally, write about the club when you are accepted.

Different men go to these clubs for different reasons. You should go to some gentleman's club first to see what they are all about. Some clubs have an amateur night when you could give it shot.

Good luck on your interview.

You sound like a very nice person. Maybe you should look at a job as a model, or a dancer in a show, it may suit you better. But whatever you do, you will look good. Do your best.

Will you be able to look back on this job and 20 years and say I am really proud that it did that because..?

Do you want your daughter to follow in you footsteps? What would you tell her when she turns 16 and ants to strip for a living? If you have never been to a strip club keep it that way?

Try the want ads.
