I think you are confusing the"CRITICS" with the "HATERS"!

Anyone that knows basketball, and has seen Joakim Noah play would know that he is an very intense and emotional player. What he does for a team cant be measured or evaluated by talent scouts. Evaluating Noah is like evaluating Reggie Millers jump shot, while his form was the "ugliest ever" in league history, the results speak for themselves as to how well a shooter he was.

Joakim may never be a 20 & 10 guy but how many players are. He was a beast for the Gators in both title runs and he outplayed all of UCLA & OHIO States socalled better big men in those title games and He was Tournament MVP in 2006.

Joakim Noah is Garbage...he has NO shot. He can not create his own shot...which you must do in the nba. Also, the thing that he excelled in during college was rebounding...he is too weak to rebound with the bog boys in the association...he does have a high motor, which I love...I love the all out mentality and the way he gets on the floor after loose balls....but the only way he will shut critics up is if he lifts weights, works on his shot, cuts his hair, and gets braces...if he doesnt, he will always have critics...and rightfully so. His game is weak...good college player, terrible pro...

definitely. he comes from a successful program and has a solid college career. he is very much similar to anderson varejeo of the cleveland cavs. he plays with energy and intensity off the bench. doesnt really have a go to offensive move, but he is capable of collecting put backs and easy lay ups and dunks. but his x factor-ness comes from his ability to rebound and block shots.

noah will be a similar type of player for the bulls. able to come in off the bench and run the floor with the type of intensity wallace, brown and sweetney lack.

i think the bulls are VERY happy with their signing. he is a star player who fits the Scot Skiles system, has a solid college career, and could possibly have been a top 3 pick in last years draft.

a steal for the bulls. whether this signing addressed their need of a low post scorer is a different question all together. they got themselves a star big man who will have a solid tensure with the red and black

Maybe some expect too much for a #9. He will really have to develop to become either a back to the basket or shooting threat. Hustle, intensity on a 6'10" frame will go far enough and maybe I will be proven wrong but I dont think he is weak. He can pass, run, set picks work hard on the boards, good hands so can work off side cutting to the basket, smart, good in transition. Ready to contribute now, no savior but solid for a #9.

I dont think the Bulls will take Noah if they didn't see something special in him. I think John Paxson (who has done a wonderful job rebuilding the team) would take a look at this kid if he's not special. Look at the masterful job Skiles has done to Gordon, Hinrich, Nocioni, Thomas and Deng they all blossomed into the players they are. So with all these arguments will you question the Bulls initiative to take the man they think can help them into winning another championship?

It will take him exactly 2 years to understand the NBA speed and positioning. He made a good decsion to stay one more with to repeat. I project that he will average 5.8 minutes in his 1st year and in the off season free agents will leave and players will get traded and he will increase his minutes off the bench in his 2nd year.

With his non-stop motor he'll be an excellent pro! He's similar but he'll be better than Varejo of the Cav's
