In order to sue anyone, you must have suffered damages.
Such damages include physical or emotional injury, property damage, financial loss or any combination of them..

In addition, Yahoo own the site, along with all the content and bandwidth. We do not pay to use it.
They can do anything with the content as long as it does not harm or slander anyone, or violate copyright laws.

You need to make sure that you are following the Yahoo Answers Terms of Service. Questions are usually not deleted unless there has been a violation. Make sure that you are following the rules set forth for this online comunity.

Yahoo doesn't have to inform you of anything. This is a free service and you have to obey the TOS if you want to use it. And they can change the TOS anytime they want.

If you sue, be forewarned it will just be thrown out. You really have no basis and suffered no monetary damages.
