Are you actually ejaculating? Pre-ejaculate may come out in almost a steady stream, and it is clear and syrupy. Masterbating yourself will produce the pre-ejaculate, but that is not semen--in other words, you are not done. Semen will be ejaculated only when your body releases it, and you will know it when it happens.

puberty isn't done with you yet. Give it a little time and that clear fluid you ejaculate will turn whitish as you develop the sperm producing ability.
