I am using ZyXEL modem model 600, speed 11Mbps. PC is HP Notebook B2000 with XP. Phone company is Telekom Malaysia (Broadband). Checking showed the Activity Packets are as follows:-

Signal received fluctuate substantially as can be seen. How to stabilize it? What are SENT?

You got it wrong! Just look at the figures you feel something is amiss. I experimented and found
that the longer I turn on the modem/router, the
higher the 2 figures go. So, I presume it is
because the machine has warmed up and so
delivering more efficiently. Any comments? (The machine can deliver up to 11Mbps. What I worry is whether the telephone company is giving me a good signal! I dont know! How to measure!? I dont know!)

Um, you are lost my friend. This is not showing anything but the number of packets you have received and transmitted over the network connection while surfing or downloading or sending emails. It has nothing to do with stabilizing your internet signal.....
