MY favorite would have to be Chet Baker, extraordinary trumpet playing and sensitivity far beyond the scope of many other musicians. So melodic a sweet and, at times, abrupt and forceful. Attacking the music is such a manner that you knew what was in his mind and heart.
He tops my list.

I love everything from Country to R&B. I don't like rap or blues. Top in the industry is hard to say. I like old schoolers like Journey, Kiss, John Cougar Melloncamp, Cheap Trick, Aerosmith, Heart, Faith Evans, Garth Brooks, etc.,.

I don't know, I have a terrible time categorizing music. I probably like what some would consider emo, but not for any of the weird reasons, I just like the music. The whole emo term still kind of confuses me! I like rock, softer up to harder. Goo Goo Dolls to Sevendust.

I like all varieties of music so if you were to look at my iPod you would see Journey, Kelly Clarkson, Phantom of the Opera, Keith Urban, Ozzy Osbourne....and so much more!
