check into the Royal Empress tree, it's beautiful, blooms purple in the spring, grows very fast, and is one of the best in the world for filtering air. It's leaves are large, makes for easier clean up (rather then having thousands of little leaves scattered) and is great for shade in the summer, and good for letting in the heat from the sun in the winter...all them bigger leaves mean less branches= more warmth when you need it most.

Fast growing tress usually do not have good deep root systems, and for a tree of that height you would want some deep roots to anchor it into the ground.
