Im going to try my best not to call you an idiot.
Women do not have sperm and can not get eachother pregnant by having sex. How old are you?
Now if you are asking because you are wondering if two women can be a couple and have a child together...yes. One of them has to be insemenated by an ob.
Have you been through sex ed in school yet?

If the woman is a man dressed up as a woman, has a penis, and is not sterile...then yes.
However, two women that are legit women cannot have babies unless they adopt or has a baby with a man outside of the relationship.

you have to have SPERM to get PREGNANT, and women DO NOT make sperm. Unless you know...they are...yeah...dressed for success...lol
