I've been reading a lot lately and come to the conclusion that whats needed today is BREEDING LICENSES because the children in this country are suffering from there parents ignorance needing to be happy 100% of the time if not get up and leave with no regard for kids!
I mean look at everything, and that poor child in FLORIDA who parents were out getting high and finding playmates!
Look at the woman who killed her own kids in South Carolina, because her boyfriend was going to dump her because of the kids!
n New York that kid emaciated was 60 pounds and was 12 years old!
That kid in Boston who was selling drugs at his mothers behest because he would not get dinner if he didn't! he was 7 years old GOD!
My wife and I adopted all our children and we had to get approved before we could adopt them so why not have expand on that system to license parents of today?
The 4th amendment should not allow CHILDREN to SUFFER this way.
Condemned prisoners are treated better then kids today!

Happy your right, but parenting classes help both my wife and I cope with our nieces and nephew and there all teens!

I agree with you one million percent when I see this crap I want to go to these sorry parents and torture them my self. You know Im not perfect and God know I have made alot of mistakes in my life but my kids have always been and always will be number one in my life. There dad was mistreating them once. I am 5'9 and I was 125 at the time he was 6'1 and 180. I went down there tried to talk to him and he acted like it was no big deal. I beat the crap out of him and asked him how he liked being mistreated. He has never done anything to mistreat them again. Its like my hubbys x she would stay gone for days wouldnt call just a summed the kids were okay. Get drunk and pass out with them here. I went after her to. She said Im there mother I told her it took alot more than blood to make someone a mother and she wouldnt be much longer if it continued she straightened up to. I dont believe violence is the way but when it comes to my kids and my step kids it is do or die because I will not tolorate our kids being mistreated. I even pulled a woman out of her own car at wall mart will my mom called 911 because this woman was beating a baby in her car seat. I can not deal with it. You are right and I agree. If more people stood up and took noticed there wouldnt be kids in this situation.

Ya I hear you. There's lots of folks out there in the world who should not be multiplying themselves. I'm not sure this system of licensing would seriously work tho. But any way, my two cents is that too many parents don't have a good marriage to begin with. Kids just don't have a say about the parents they end up with.

I agree with you 100%. I am so sick on my money going to welfare mommies who spend it on new acrilyc nails and a new dye job on their hair instead of providing for their children. It will be a fantastic day when all pregnancies had to be pre-approved like an adoption. I love the idea of making these trashy women get hysterectomies because they can not keep their legs closed. I hate that society rewards women for getting pregnant by giving them more of OUR money. There is something truly wrong with the way our government is run. Hopefully, one day a law will be placed to stop all of these unwanted pregnancies. These children do not deserve to live their lives in poverty. Congrats on the the adoptions. I have 3 adopted siblings and they are my pride and joy.

I think what is lacking in those parents is besides common sense is the fact that they have a little person that is dependant on them. Even as we shake our heads in their stupidity convincing these people that they are pure morons in their actions; would be an infringement on their rights.
People as parents are just utterly stupid, I can't imagine how they can be so cruel, but your right some of them sure could use a common sense booklet.

Well these problems are caused by the parents themselves who do not understand the needs of their children. As a result, the children suffer from their parent's consequences. Please do not put the blame on all couples but there would be a handful of them who do not know what is love.

Good idea but whos going to oversee the application process and whos got the finalsay so on who gets the license, and oversee the process after that? Who doles out any punishment for wrong doers? What kind of punishment to fit the levelof the crime?

A breeding license? Well, I don't know about that. But, I definitely think that some people shouldn't be allowed to have children.
