I am struggling to over come my ego, which is something that I try to conceal from people 24/7. I am trying to deal with the fact that I won't be able to go to this 'wonderful' college in the east, but stay home and go to some no-name state school that I had to settle for,just because my mom decided at the last damn minute not to let me go...It's really hard trying to swallow my pride, because I finally thought me being accepted to that school was the sign that was telling me that I'm one of the best, that I'm finally reaping the rewards of my hard work and internal suffering...But I won't give up that easily, because the way I see it, I was accepted once, they will accept me again...I will just have to deal
