Dab the grease stains on both sides with a liquid laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid, let it set for a while then launder as usual. You could get a soap bar in the detergents aisle and rub a little into the stains. This will take a long time for you if there are many grease stains on his clothes.

You can pre-treat w/ Dawn dish soap and add some lestoil to the laundry or even 1/2 c. of baking soda to the wash water... Also, if his clothes are really greasy be careful putting them in the dryer... They could start a fire....

Try that Orange cleaner or some kind of degreaser. You can normally find them in Dollar stores. They work great!
Let the clothes soak for a bit.
