Unless its popped up in the last 24 hours there is no such country. The name 'Kabookala' is kind of kooky but 'kala' is nice

If Schrabier is a French colony, I'd gravitate to French sounding names, like Marie and Pierre. Kabookala? Sounds a bit strange in any language. Akimba, Toruku, Kiva, Demondo are some other suggestions. Kala maybe, but drop the kaboo! Good luck!
