One thing that does not make me lose sleep is how bad and serious some people's illnesses are.

Serious thing?
I loose sleep over some surprising and maybe little to you and to me but lets face it most Americans suffer from some sleep disorder, I mean why else are we in long lines at the drive-thru at Dunkin Donuts, every morning.......:)
I have lost sleep over my job, family, friends, school, the past, present, the future, something I said, something someone else said, something I did, something someone else did, a movie, a book, the internet, people who ask questions on yahoo answers and when I have a questions it always when I am away from the pc and forget what the heck it was. Sometimes I loose sleep if I miss my sleep medicine, have a bad day, stressed out or simply have something going on the next day and I have butterfly's over. Lets face it when one is emotional, you loose sleep, you sleep to much and there are times when you can sleep and sleep and your still tired..thats when you see the good old psychiatrist or physiologist.

Yes I would until i talk to someone about it or cry a bit. the point is i have to get my emotions out to sleep. Something serious i wont lose sleep over is a test that I had to pass in order to get a passing grade. I usually work hard so even if scores are low i manage to slim by (math lol).

do not lose any sleep guy so much (if no longer all) of the ones movies are false. Try to consider approximately some thing else, watch t.v, learn a ebook, or sleep with the t.v or gentle on. That's what I do while I'm scared.

Yes- but I lose more sleep over minor things. I don't lose sleep over all the scary stuff they try to tell me on the news.

Yes, I might lose sleep over something serious. I always sleep really good though, so I might not also. Its hard to say. Sometimes I even overcompensate for stress, hunger, etc, by sleeping. So, ? not sure!

Yes, I don't sleep well very often anyway, but when something serious is going on I don't hardly sleep at all. I can't seem to shut my mind off sometimes.

yes. Whenever something serious is happening I have a harder time sleeping because I am nervous and stressed out over it.
