What's the best kite for gusty winds?

The wind blows hard here, sometimes very gusty. usually 10 or 15 mph, but gust often go up to 40 or 50! I'm wondering what the best style of kite is for these variable wind conditions.

get a delta kite
donno specifically about gusts but they can fly in nearly all wind conditions even virtually no wind or super high speed wind(although make sure you get string that can handle the force)
