There is another saying from the bible that goes like this - "let he without sin cast the first stone." I would suggest young lady that you remember that bit of wisdom first before you start point fingers at who is or isn't a sinner.
Good Luck!!!

That's a fine stance to come from, but I'm gay, and I don't believe in God or the Bible. Therefore, the Adam and Eve argument doesn't do much for me (not to mention you could at least come up with a more original argument).
I also have outstanding morals, far better than some straight peoples' (and worse than others, of course, I'm not perfect).
Why don't you try arguing on common ground, with no religion involved? Then maybe we can talk.

So is eating shellfish!
People don't need to be christian to have morals dear. You sound very young. When you get out into the real world you will see all kinds of people from different backgrounds. When you have had some life experience you will find that people are different from you and morality goes a bit deeper than a storybook called the bible. To be civil and accepting of others for example.

So is forcing your ideals upon people who are minding their own business.
Why are you here? What do you hope to gain from bashing? If you have that much of an issue with homosexuality then I suggest you just stay out of this forum because nothing you can say will avail a thing. Rant until you are blue in the face but we will still be here quietly snickering at your ignorance.

No it's not. It's not about sin, it's about "them" telling me who I can love and who cannot, or who can love me and who cannot, and that's unacceptable, especially when those who insist on dictating get violent, and start killing my brothers and sisters. Then it becomes MY problem.
And it becomes God's problem too... God and I have made up and we're best buddies now. I'm a transwoman and He told me He's cool with that, I just have to be a good girl.
God and I don't like murderers and people who hate. God gets mad when people beat other people up or kill them and lie and say He told them to do that. He gets really pissed off especially when people pin the devil's dirty deeds on Him, dirty deeds like hate and murder. Trust me, you don't want to piss God off. Talk about not taking prisoners!
I'm moral, I love, I don't hate. I'm just fine. Are YOU moral?
now give me back that soapbox!!

homosexuality is NOT a sin! it is a way for people who love each other to express it in a different way, than you Christian Fundementalists know how to deal with.
it is just hilarious, how ya'll think you can use the Bible against us, just because ya'll are insecure of your orientation yourselves. do us all a favor, before you use the bible on us homosexuals again, and get some therapy to get out some of those unresolved feelings or come out of the closet...whichever is easier.

1. There is no God.
2. There is no indication that any kind of sexuality is a sin.
3. However, responsible sexual expression is a responsibility of everyone, because we don't want to hurt ourselves, our momentary or life partners, our families or our communities.
4. Therefore moral behavior needs no reference to God, but does require a decision to live a responsible life.

is it in the ten commandments???? it's not, it's only in deuteronomy which is a suspect text. If you're a true christain you follow the commandment about not judging and Jesus himself who said love one another which is in both testaments. whatever you think of it were responsible for our own souls. leave people be. jesus helped a samaritan on the sabbath who are you to say who is sinning???
