A little bit of prune juice or 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar in their water. Always check with doctor first in case something else is wrong.

If the baby is formula fed than sometimes they get constipated. My nephew could only use concentrated formula in a can. If its just been a day than there is nothing to worry about yet. I wouldn't give the baby anything unless the doctor says too. She's just too young and you can do more harm than good. If a few days go by than she should call the baby's pediatrician.

First of all, never give out personal information like your name or address or phone number in places like this.
Sometimes it takes babies a few days to poop. There might not be anything wrong with her, but if she goes more than a week without pooping, your auntie will have to take her to the doctor.

If she is breastfeeding her baby then that is fine. Breastfed babies do not have to poop very often because there aren't the same impurities to dispose of. They uaully have a yellow or greenish sticky substance that comes from their bowels, but it's not a real poop. If she is using formula then the baby should be pooping everyday and she needs to take the baby to the the doctor ASAP.

I wouldn't use your full name on the internet.
She should see a doctor if the baby hasn't pooped since being born.

You can feed the baby mineral oil. It can be purchased at any grocery or drug store. It's a common item and entirely harmless if used properly. However, it would be wise to ask your aunt's pediatrician if you're that concerned for the baby's health. No advice and substitude for the educated advice of an experienced doctor.

Tell your auntie to call the baby's pediatrician. They would advise her best.
