If you have the correct tools, knowledge, ability and experience, it should be possible to remove the suspension subframe from the car, disconnect the splined ends of the torsion bars from the subframe and rotate one or two splines in whatever direction you want, then re-assemble the whole thing.

However, if you don't know what you are doing you might end up with a pile of suspension parts and a car with only two wheels, both at the front.

Put some bags of sand in the boot about 6 at 50lb should lower it.

for this you will need atleast three girlfirends...all of varying size and weight. using a combination of either one or two or even three should give plenty of adjustment to your ride height.

Throw a couple of paviing plabs in the boot, that'll lower it and bugger up the handling!
