I have tried to contact them via phone email and in letter form to find out what we are being billed for. sprint refuses to return calls or send us any inventory for the mystery bill. today i got a call from a collecting agency. what can I do legally at this point?

Same thing. Tell the collection agency you have no idea what this concerns and unless they can send you the information in the mail, don't bother you. Then check your credit reports and dispute it if the bill is listed.

I'm not sure what you can do legally but I would advise you to go into your local carrier and complain. Ask to use the customer servise line (which every carrier should have) and bring in the invaild bill and also any paper word stating that your account was canceled. They will most likely be more apt to help you.
Hope that helps!

call sprint's customer service line and complain that you're not a customer anymore. maybe you did not pay off when you terminated their service? just asking? or last resort. go into a branch near to u and complain.
