The others haven't been divulged. JK Rowling said "I have a very good reason for not telling you" in that interview, so it might be important.
I don't think they're big secrets or anything though. Hermione has known all the uses since 1st year, so they aren't a secret to her (so none of them are obvious like "use # 5: destroy horcruxes"). It's probably used in some specific potions or rituals or when making certain magical objects keep their magic for a long period of time. Maybe the curses in the Egyptian pyramids used dragon's blood somehow?
I say that there might be mention of it in Deathly Hallows or maybe even an unknown 13th use that we'll discover in DH? :)

Well, we know that one of the uses of dragon blood is oven cleaner. I'd imagine that dragon blood could be used in some potions. As for other uses... maybe we'll find out on the 21st.
