He was impeached, all that means is charges were brought. He was never indicted on charges and never removed from office.
Libby however was CONVICTED by a jury of his peers and sentanced by a federal judge. 3 other judges UPHELD the sentence. Bush has spit in the face of judiciary, and he should pay the price.

Actually the impeachment is similar to an indictment. The hearing in the Senate was the court case in which he was found, basically, not guilty.
He was later found guilty of lying to a grand jury and had his license to practice law suspended.
