Your first problem is going to be your age.
As a minor, you cannot execute a contract.
That means your parents are responsible.

You could offer services:
baby-sitting, dog-walking, car-washing, grass-cutting, etc.

If you want to persue the cooking, there's liability issues.
Check any local stores, farmer's markets, flea-markets.
See what they are doing & ask questions.
Sometimes they might carry your products for you.
You could make cookies, soap, jams, etc.

Start off small maybe selling pies, maybe can fruits and vegetables...something like that. Or, you can get experience by working at a bakery or something along those lines. 14 is awfully young to be starting a business. If you really want to do it, think about whether or not you have the resources and can you support a business financially.

First of all you need equipment and a place to put it, you are to young to enter into a contract for the money you would need at this age. If your good at cooking you could start a catering business. still needs start up money.
