Far and away the best site I've found is Myth-Weavers. There are other sites, but none of them have as good a tools as MW does or as well written documentation. Admin support is the key to their success and they are constantly looking for ways to improve the site, not resting on their accomplishments. The community is large, if not as large as some sites, and very friendly. Although the site is primarily dedicated to D&D, a fair number of other games get run as well, if you're ever in the mood to try something new.
