Dogs. Cats don't really do anything fun. You can't really walk a cat or take a cat places. However, dogs are more work but well worth it.

Well, let's see i JUST LOVE CATS THAT are cute cuddly and yesssssssss, fun loving too, they don't take up much room in the house and you don't worry about trying to bath one forgettttttt that cause the majority of those cats YOU BETTER NOT EVEN TRY IT LOL . NOW THE DOGS on the other hand are and have been known to be vary in sizes small, medium , large and yes extraaaaaaa large and most of them yeah you can bath , you have or should bath them at least once a week they have to have different varieties of foods beginning with puppy food and going on with that on up until they are of the age of 2 yrs old. Cats when they get old they generally stay on type of food until they are seniors and then they are graduated in a way over to that . Cats most of the time have to be kept in doors unless they are outdoors to start off with and dogs most of them are already outside when you get them and yeah both animals can be trained to do tricks but old and new dogs can be taught new and old tricks so i guess my pick is "DOGS " .

I am a long time dog lover, but my living arrangement (I live in an apartment) and work schedule is more suitable for a cat. My cat is good company for me; she has the personality of a dog (she likes to play ball; sometimes she brings it back to me) follows me all around my apartment and has occasional meowing sessions with me. Cats are very clean; and don't require a lot of attention; they are very independent. When they want to be bothered with you they'll let you know. The cons of having a cat is generally they don't like to be walked and don't like riding in a car. I really like my cat, but I still love dogs.

I choose dog. A dog lavishes you with love, and wants your love. A cat could care less.

BOTH- can't choose....both are great. It depends on the human.

Cats are perfect for the social person, that is gone a lot and need a low maintance pet.

Dogs are perfect for home bodies, or folks that enjoy being outside with them. Dogs don't like to be alone, and its mean to leave that way.

I dislike both creatures because dogs are scary, and cats seem very vindictive. But I would go with cats because they often leave you alone. :D

definitly dogs. They have their open personalities. Cats do too I guess but they are not as noticable as dogs.
