yes why not? besides anyone who is underage and has a brain at all put a fake birthday you cant stop kids from getting on

Nowadays internet growing faster. I think kids should have msn account, because beside chatting, kids can also start have their email account. But of course, parent need to put their eye on them, block the blue website if possible, restrict them from explore too much (bad or porn website).

Well It's ok because I've seen a lot of kids at the age of 8 and 9 have one. So I think it's kinda safe now.
