I wish! Unfortunately that's just not a possibility!
Fish are pretty hard work, and it is extremely important that you have the time to do regular partial water changes and feed them.
It can take a bit of getting used to, but once you have your tank fully cycled and are used to the chores, you will find that even for the busiest of people, it really doesn't take that much effort to ensure your fish are happy and healthy.
You can buy autofeeding machines from many pet stores, and blocks which are intended for use whan people go on vacation. These can feed your fish for about a week. You could also supplement the feed block with live or frozen food such as blood worms and shrimp, which most fish relish!
As for the cleaning, I don't think ANYONE would be so busy that they couldnt take the time to do a partial water change once a week! You can also buy battery operated gravel cleaners which are, IMO, one of the greatest inventions in the fish keeping world! You just press a switch at the top, and they will suck up all the mess from the bottom of your tank. I usually do this a few times a week, but you could get away with doing it once a week. They are certainly easier to use and take far less time than the non battery powered cleaners.
All in all, remember that keeping fish is not something to be taken lightly. They are animals just like dogs and cats, and they have feelings too! It is so important that you have a big think about the cost of maintaining them and also consider the types of fish that you want to keep.
Cold-water fish are generally far easier to maintain than tropicals, as you do not need a filter or a heater, and so therefore do not need to worry about replacing filter pads and ensuring the heater is always working.
However, there is a MUCH larger variety of tropical fish to choose from, and I feel that they are worth the extra effort. With coldwater fish, you can basically keep goldfish or certain minnows. There may be others, but I haven't come across any!
I would definitely steer clear of reef aquariums, as they are for the advanced fishkeepers and you would not have the time to maintain a reef system, as beautiful as they are. Perhaps save that for your retirement!
I feel that despite your busy life, you shouldn't have any problem keeping fish, if you can manage to feed yourself of an evening, then surely it won't take that much more effort to feed your fish, right?!
Please do go for it! Take the plunge and get yourself a beautiful aquarium and some lovely tropical fish. I can assure you that it will be well worth your efforts. After all, if you have such a busy work life, then i'm sure you love relaxing when you get home, and what better way to do so than watching a tank full of fish! Believe me, there is nothing more relaxing!
If you feel that you have absolutely no spare time to care for your fish (which seems pretty unlikely to me!) then you may be better off waiting for the right time, when your work hours are a little less demanding.
Hope this has helped, and if you have any questions, no matter how silly they may be, please do email me, and I will help you as much as I can.
Fish keeping is becoming a very popular hobby, and it is a satisfying and wonderful hobby to be a part of!
Good luck!

No, but there are fake aquariums with plastic fish, or you could get one of those undersea videos and run it on your computer or TV set. Geez. Why have real fish if you're not even willing to take care of them?
As for that automatic fish feeder thing, it dispenses food twice a day. Most fish will live twice as long if they are fed every other day. Why not just mark it on your calendar?
Presumably you don't have time to clean your house either. So just teach your house cleaner how to clean the fish tank. Or else just don't have fish.

I had a job that required me to work 80 hours a week, Monday thru Sunday, and I still was able to take care of my 2 75 gallon tanks, my 55 gallon, 30 & 20. Are you really that busy or just that lazy? Find another hobby.

No. All aquariums need cleaning. If they don't get cleaned, toxic chemicals build up and the fish die. Maybe you should just grow plants, all they need is water, sun, and some fertilize. That might be closer to your level...

like with all pets if you dont have time you shouldnt have them
i could give advice on prolonging the cleaning
get a algae eater the name is self exclamatory
dont feed some much to your fish
have two filters one power and the other undergravel
and thats it but youl have to change the water your self
or you can look for a tank maintenece company
theyll come check up on your tank and clean it
but it usually comes with a hefty price
