It's perhaps slightly presumptuous of us to assume time travel is impossible given that throughout history, previously held scientific facts have been proven wrong before.

Will the device of said time travel be a 'time warp portal'? Or a device you sit in with spinning bits around it's outside? Or a blue telephone box? Or a DeLorean with a Flux Capacitor? Who knows.

But, to be completely honest, I think it's extremely unlikely that on present day Earth, there would exist any device/phenomenon that would allow time travel. Obviously, I can't prove there isn't one because I don't know the exact contents of every object on the planet at any given time. But yeah, I think it's fair to say that there is no time travel possible these days, which therefore negates the second question of what would be on the other side.

Thumbs up for imagination though.

We have found many strange and exciting things on Earth. Just because we haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. After all time travel is in the Bible, God took up Paul and took him to his future and then sent him back. So never say never.

No. Time travel is impossible. Period.

I love these folks that ignorantly claim anything is possible...having the audacity to compare time travel to things like airplanes and spaceflight.

Time travel will be the absolute last thing they invent, after teleportation and bilocation.

No wait, maybe the last thing to be invented is omnipotence.
