Don't forget the voting situation. Congress defeated a proposal to investigate. Maybe if the Democrats control we can see an investigation into Florida in 2000 and Ohio in 2004.

Bush has done a lot of damage to the Republican Party,
but they had it coming.
The Republican Party of Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan stood for great principles like individual freedom and limited government. The Bush Party stands for oppression and Big Brother Unchained.
Maybe in 8 or 10 years, the old Grand Ol' Party will emerge from the ashes to undo all the damage you liberals are about to inflict on us.

Amendments aren't the answer. Libby is punished. He still has a fine to pay and he can never practice law again. I am no Bush fan or even a Republican, but what he is getting is what he deserves. Jail isn't always the answer.

Why are you surprised? Bush commuted his sentence to probation and a fine.
Coincidentally, Bush's immigration bill would have meeted out the exact same punishment to the illegal aliens, while given them legal residency.

We could actually tell Bush that he "cut and run" from this particular incident today.

Libby was not connected to the CIA leak at all. He was drawn in, but he had nothing to do with it.
