Yes. The HD LCD monitor's picture is in high definition and it is going to be much clearer than the other two. I'm not sure what the TFT means, but my guess it has something to do with how the images on the screen will appear. They are all flat panel monitors. One is more technologically advanced than the other.

Not a lot.
LCD - Liquid Crystal Display. Uses the polarizing properties of liquid crystals to control light and produce a image.
TFT - Thin Film Transistor This is a type of transistor that can be placed on amorphous silicon, as used for LCD displays. It is used to make up a circuit that keeps the pixel at the same output until it is next refreshed. This is called an active LCD panel. All large LCDs are active panels.
HD - High Definition. Usually 1280 by 720 or 1920 by 1080. Often used in reference to TVs. But often misused for any resolution better than 853 by 480.
So the first two are exactly the same thing.
The third might be the same, but may be an LCD TV.
You would need to look at the input specifications and the resolution specifications to tell.

"flat panel TFT LCD monitor" is a special kind of LCD display used in most computer monitors and TVs.
"flat panel LCD monitor" is most likely going to be the exact same thing, it's just a less descriptive title.
A "flat panel LCD HD" is almost certainly a High-Definition TV, which usually can be used as a computer monitor, but it may not have the correct inputs.

DLP televisions experience an artifact called the "Rainbow Effect". If you look at the screen and move your eyes around, you'll see a rainbow of red/blue/green. This is caused by the color wheel that moves in front of the DLP microchip (made of micromirrors). Some people cannot see it, but for the people that do, it sucks. You'll never know if you can or cannot see it until you get it home. I'd stick with the LG. If you like the picture, and you are happy with the size, then don't procrastinate. I'd even go with an LCD RPTV vs a DLP RPTV if you really want to change. LCD's screendoor isn't as noticable as the rainbow effect.
