The pardon of the FELON, Scooter Libby, should come as no surprise to all who have recognized GW Bush as the THIEF he's proven himself to be since before he first occupied our STOLEN White House. This is par for the course -- but it's also the straw that broke the camel's back, as I see it.

To wit --

Thanksgiving, 2000 -- ABC-TV News documents with video the importation by bus of THUGS to intimidate the Palm Beach County vote-counters.

December, 2000 -- Dishonest CRONIES of Bush on the US Supreme Court ensure that Bush can STEAL the White House.

Bush has since proven himself to be a murderous war criminal, as the worst mass-murderer the world has experienced since Pol Pot. Over 3,300 lives of our own troops WASTED, and around 100,000 innocent Iraqis MURDERED.

And NOW he has just DESTROYED all credibility that the US Justice System still had. How many of you, like me, will NEVER again accord it ANY credibility whatsoever?

To "Robert M." -- I asked this question in four **different** groups. If you monitor two or more of those groups and don't like that, that's your problem. Most people monitor one group at a time. So by doing this, in four different RELEVANT groups, I have the best chance of seeing the widest range of responses.

To "USMC," who said: "Top Contributor to Religion and Spirituality ..... very interesting expletives." Yeah, I thought so... considering I didn't use ANY! (If you came up with some, then you may want to get YOUR mind out of the gutter.) (About that BEAM in your eye...?)

As for Clinton -- where in my question did you see me being kind to him in that regard? Presidential pardons -- by ANY president... is just plain wrong, in my opinion, and should be constitutionally outlawed.

To "Avagenationarmydude" -- LOL!!! If you hadn't already made yourself a total laughingstock by admitting you're a dittohead for that bigoted radio loon, Savage -- you completed the job the first time you used the word, "commie," in your response. (ROTFL!!!!)

To "Wolfeblayde" -- It's people like you who give normal Christians a bad name. 94% of the USA's professing Christians are very normal, sensible, and fair-minded people who comprise most of our friends and neighbors. Then there are the 6% who are the high-profile noisy (and noisome) PSEUDO-Christians of the RRR Cult, who *whine* a whole lot with anything they can think of to gripe about, and would love to destroy various personal liberties for millions of people. I wouldn't be at all surprised if you're in the latter category. If so -- NOT something to be proud of.

To "The Online Church" -- **GOD** put our liberty-hating, war-criminal, *louse* of a president into the White House? Yeah. Right. SUUuuuurre He did.

Sorry guy, but one thing about God that I'm sure about is that He's a WHOLE lot more intelligent and sensible than that.

Hitler was a leader to, as was Stalin. Did God put THEM into office, too?

To "Wolfeblayde" -- Too bad we don't have access to a transcript, audio CD, or DVD of the melee Jesus had with the moneychangers. He had no kind words for the Pharisees, either. Bush was dead WRONG, and richly deserves the criticism I leveled at him.

Want to see "holier-than-thou?" Find a mirror.

To "DVANT" -- As USUAL, I see you have NOTHING of substance to say. Just your usual mindlessness. Typical hyperconservative loon. Thanks for again making such an abject and complete fool of yourself. Aren't you glad you can hide behind an alias while you do that? (Thankfully, your ilk is vastly outnumbered in this country.)

To "DVANT" -- I expected you to insert another of your **vacuous** and insipid responses, and sure enough, you never disappoint! All those paragraphs you just spewed, and all of it totally clueless! Most readers know FACTS when they see them, and your diatribe contained NONE. Which is par for the course for neocons/RRR Cultists... who have NO factst in their debating arsenals that they can draw upon. Their agendas are 100% sociopathic. So I'll close this question at this point, and hopefully that will lock in your vapid response so that it will always be there for people to see and chuckle at.

I am disgusted. I haven't yet checked the news and this is the first I've heard of him giving Libby a pardon. I feel physically ill. That mother****ing piece of s*it bas*ard. Really. I try not to swear too much but please... I hate the man (Bush) and I think he's evil. For years my father said that he was an evil man and for the first few I disagreed, saying he was just a stupid a**, not evil. My mind changed these past few years. He also vetoed Congress' vote for embryonic stem cell research. Ah, I hate this man. I don't hate many people, but I hate this idiot.

Ironically, I just compared Bush to Pol Pot and Hitler yesterday. I think he's killed more around the area of 1 million innocents in Iraq over the past 4 1/2 years. More and more of our troops are dying as well, in the name of what? Freedom? Bull. The second Bush declared war he made it obvious that rebuilding Iraq and making it a democracy were never his motives. This man may have ruined America forever - even our former allies despise the way we've decided to police the world. And that we continue to stay is an atrocity.

I read a bumper sticker the other day that said "Those who can believe absurdities can commit atrocities." Beyond the fact that Bush is a fundamentalist freak whose ulterior motives behind the attack were quite clear, the schmo actually believes that he is somehow 'helping' the Iraqis by staying in their civil war. He doesn't know Darfur from a hole in the wall. Why help countries where genocides are being carried out when he can dictate brave troops into dying for his sick agenda? He's no different than any other dictator, especially in the fact that very few people actually realize they're no longer living in a democracy. This is how almost all totalitarian regimes began.

I'm glad someone is as angry as I am.

Well Martha will have spent more days in prison for lying about stocks (business) than good ole Scooter will for lying to Congress (which means all of us) about things he really did. Now that means to me that if your my friend you can cost someone their occupation and put the whole espionage system of the United States at risk and indirectly possibly get some agents killed, because hey I'm the President I'm not responsible for anyone but my friends, and of course he got me the Presidency. If not this then the only other explanation is that the punishment is too harsh because after all he was only following President Cheney's orders, oops I mean Vice President. adddoug

while i agree that president bush isn't the best president we have ever had i don't agree that the entire justice system should be blamed. and it was more like 45'000 iraqi soldiers and/or terrorists. u need to realize that our fighting men and women didn't murder anyone; they did thier jobs as soldiers and rid the world of a mass murdering dictator. and by the way there's not a lot of security on the other side of the border so if u have a problem with the way this country is being run you're more than free to leave it!

I don't disagree with your assessment of the chimpanzee who's currently sitting in the White House. He's a war criminal and the worst, most destructive, least competent president in the history of the United States. And he's not even smart enough to realize it.
But presidents have been pardoning (and in this case commuting sentences for) political cronies for a long time. Today's events are hardly unique. Doesn't make it right, but just about every president does it.

Yes but as in all things Bush, I think you need to resolve that the decision was probably made by Dick.

Or alternatively as some believe, Dick's lovely and talented wife Agnes may be the real pile-driver of WH decisions these days.

Your sure do cast alot of stones for someone who screams the Gospel of Christ so loudly in R&S... Sinless are we?

A beam in another's eye you say?

This type of monkey business is why the trolls find such a heavy following in Christian bashing on Yahoo Q&A. You are quite the provider of ammunition.

BTW... God puts leaders into office for a reason. So try a little harder next time to read that bible instead of throwing it. You might see that God's will has a purpose.
