i need help on catching mesprit, i can ind him easily, and by using false swipe i got him down to 1 hit point. now all i have to do is get him in a ball! what should i use since he just escapes from my quick ball easily.

since hes at one health, what i would suggest is using stun spore or sleeping powder. u can just catch a rosalie or something and it should know it. i would not suggest ultra balls in my preference they suck. try everything u can get ur hands on, quick balls, timer balls, dusk balls, premier balls (get by buying 10 pokeballs in any pokemart) nest balls and even great balls. i caught my heatran with a great ball there actually not that bad. also try ultra balls but ure probably not gonna catch it with one. worst comes to worst, u don't really need it. its not a good pokemon and i didn't bother but if u wanna catch it go for it. my strategy would be throw 4 quick balls then start throwing pokeballs or premier balls about 6 of them. then throw great balls and from there watever u want. good luck catching it.
