Well, you could try www.stoptazmo.com for manga, and I would recommend Fruits Basket, D. Gray Man and Mahou Sensei Negima (Magister Negi Magi).

1.Fullmetal Alchemist is good but it's a science book but it seems like a supernatural series.
2. Fruits Basket is good with lots of books but it has everything you wanted in your manga.(less action and depends with the supernatural)
3.Ouran High School Host Club is as, I've heard, good.
I don't remember any more that I've read. The Inuyasha books can be borrowed at your local library in the manga.

Why don't you try Hikaru no Go?
It is drawn by the same person who drawn Death Note.
