Or - just some of them - the one that I am wondering about is Louis Anderson - Does anybody know if they have these.. or are they usually sold out so they don't have them in the 1/2 price ticket booths?

I don't have much to add other than that I recently purchased Louie Anderson tickets at Tix4Tonite.

His show is in a very small theatre with long tables (think HS cafeteria) that are perpendicular to the stage and all seats are up close and personal. Since he is there so often he doesn't sell out.

I paid around 27 per ticket including service fee.

Enjoy the show.

They dont have all the shows - in fact, they have almost NO Cirque du Soleil show at all, which are pretty much the most popular shows in vegas. However, they DO still have a good amount of shows that are still VERY popular and fun to watch - and they have these at a very good discount (30-50% - and you can usually buy them the day of the show, just make sure you get there before noon). The place to go is called Tix2Nite - and these are a few of the good shows they have available (usually):

Mama Mia - great show at Mandalay Bay
Lance Burton - Monte Carlo
Blue Man Group - Venetian (sells out very quick)

And about Louis Anderson at Excalibur - I'm sure they will have tickets for this guy. I actually met him near the walkway between Excalibur and NewYorkNewYork - he's pretty friendly and approachable. I'm sure his show is good, I havent been able to watch it though. Good luck and hope this helps.

They don't have all shows. In fact they have only shows which are not sold out this night. Be there early enough. Doors open at 10am and tickets for the better shows going quick. Otherwise you'll end up seeing a show which your didn't really car for.

They don't have all the shows all the time. They just have what's available for that evening, and anything that's sold out or close to sold out won't be there...

I did see Louie tickets kinda cheap on www.vegas.com
