Lot of pretty dumb answers out there. Do 9 out of 10 people know he was not convicted with the leak? Someone else admitted being the first to leak durring the trial but did not have charges made aginst him. For those who dont know thier **** from a hole in the ground.....he was convicted for lying about something he didn't do........go figure!

there was no crime the entire thing is politically motivated by a left over clinton prosecutor.
the "agent" was not covert, her freakin neighbors knew she was in the CIA and no crime was committed....this is as important as martha stewart's case....trumped up idiocy when real criminals like sandy burgler and bernie schwartz should be in prison when nothing has happened to them.

Yes! Scooter Libby done nothing wrong, he was set up by the Communist Party, (Democrat Politicians).....I wish someone would listen to me, this is not a prank true facts......Nancy Pelosi, Dick Durbin, Ted Kennedy and other radicals on the left have committed such a crime it's unforgivable. They have been helping the enemy in Iraq to KILL are men and women, and nothing can be done about this, it's outrageous!! They have stooped to the level of HELL in my books....

Libby was convicted and sentenced. The federal appeals court denied his request for a delay in starting serving his sentence.
Bush is engaging in more covering-up because Libby, of course, knows a lot more than he has stated so far. I think Libby knew that he was never going to jail.

"Scooter" violated the law. Just because he didn't rape or kill someone doesn't mean he's innocent!

The jury did determine that there was a crime and Libby does deserve all the punishment that remains.
