there was no crime the entire thing is politically motivated by a left over clinton prosecutor.
the "agent" was not covert, her freakin neighbors knew she was in the CIA and no crime was committed....this is as important as martha stewart's case....trumped up idiocy when real criminals like sandy burgler and bernie schwartz should be in prison when nothing has happened to them.
lefty media hysteria.
oh yeah Clinton pardoned MARC RICH! who sold oil to Iraq during the embargo and made millions and gave millions to the DNC and clinton!!!! oops..more liberal HYPOCRISY!!!

They have been helping the enemy in Iraq to KILL are men and women, and nothing can be done about this, it's outrageous!! They have stooped to the level of HELL in my books....

Libby was convicted and sentenced. The federal appeals court denied his request for a delay in starting serving his sentence.
Bush is engaging in more covering-up because Libby, of course, knows a lot more than he has stated so far. I think Libby knew that he was never going to jail.

What do you mean there was no crime??
"Scooter" violated the law. Just because he didn't rape or kill someone doesn't mean he's innocent!
But, of course, Bush pardoned one of his criminal cronies; what else would you expect the gang leader to do? -RKO- 07/02/07

The jury did determine that there was a crime and Libby does deserve all the punishment that remains.

No. He was found guilty by a jury of his peers. Doesn't that count for anything anymore. Oh, excuse me, I forgot Republicans are above the law.
