I need help or info on porperties of air....for my location?

Given a lat. long. I need air props. and altitude curves
(Troposphere, strato...ect....for chemical burn/oxidation info)

You have several choices available to you. The first would be to check with your state's meteorological department at a television studio. The next would be the airport. Failing those, I'd check with N.A.S.A. myself. And just to let you know, people who ask those kind of question these days come under the scrutiny of Homeland Security based on 9-11-01 events.
