Time to get a new roommate.

Well, for starters I would corner this particular roommate and tell them the "situation"... If they want to leave their room a mess that's fine, they pay rent.. However, the common areas should be at the very least kept tidy.. Make a cleaning list for the two of you and stick to it.... Give it 30 days and if things haven't improved it's time to start looking for a new roomie.... At least give the roomie benefit of the doubt and 30 days should give you enough time to find someone new... As with the puppy when she's not home let it pee/poop in her room with her things inside... Or better yet.. .get rid of it and tell her it ran away.... Or that the landlord said, "no pets"...

When she's out of the house, pee on her favorite clothes and poop in her shoes. Tell her it must have been the dog.

Seriously, you need to either ask her to leave or start looking for a new place yourself. This will never work out. She is an immature slob and she expects you to pick up after her like her mother. If you don't want that job, it's time to go your separate ways.

And you can afford to, you will figure out a way.

But you can't afford not to. Every miserable day spent with that selfish child is another day of self-abuse. Don't wait another day longer. Start looking for a new place TODAY.

If it's your place and she won't leave, then here's another idea: get another roommate, one who is particularly neat and also very tough. Someone who's not afraid to clean up and be Nazi about it. Because that's what it's going to take. This CHILD needs to be disciplined, and since you don't want to take that task (I wouldn't either), see if you can find someone else who will.

Another idea is to just start throwing things out. Dirty dishes, throw them out. Don't wash them. Just trash them. Dirty clothes? Toss them. Heck, toss some of her clean stuff too. When she complains, just feign ignorance. "I have no idea where your stuff is. Honestly, this place is such a mess, I'm surprised you can find anything." And again, "Maybe the dog ate it."

Peeing on her clothes is still something I'd have fun with. Maybe I wouldn't poop in her shoes... but it would make me laugh thinking about it.

When you get home and have to clean up Miss Piggy's mess again take everything that is her and her "friends" mess and dump it all in her room. The dishes, dog poo, the dog itself, all the food containers and uneaten foods, everything. As long as she does not wish to talk with you about it you just need to TELL her about it. Tell her she has the options of either cleaning up after herself and her boyfriend or moving out. And since boyfriend is staying there most of the time he can also pay 1/3 of the rent and utilities too or find someplace else to crash. If this apartment is in your name you are in a lot of trouble with the landlord now as you will be held respnsible for the carpet needing to be replaced because of the dog. I would take that dog to the local humane society so it can find a good loving home rather than a home where no one is even interested enough in to train it properly. So, go to it, girl! What are you waiting for? If you cannot get Miss Piggy to move then you need to move yourself. It is not healthy to live in the conditions you describe.

fortunate for you you basically have a month left. she appears like a terrible guy or woman to would desire to stay with, so i think for you. I actual have had undesirable roommate reviews as nicely. is she on the hire with you? if so your landlord is in charge of eviction and there is not any longer something you're able to do approximately it. if no longer, she nevertheless has criminal rights on your place if she has been staying there. it varies state to state, yet after a guy or woman has stayed consecutively a undeniable form of days, they legally stay there, so which you would be able to no longer basically kick her out (for the duration of this occasion i might prefer to assist you to recognize to get your locks replaced and unload all of her **** out onto the line, haha). even nonetheless, offering she isn't on the hire, in case you and your husband ask her to go away and he or she refuses, i think that turns into trespassing and the police can safeguard her then. and ofcourse after all if she grow to be threatenning or bodily abusive the police can intervene then as nicely. although, attempt to stick it out basically the single extra month. provide up enjoying valuable and be as bitchy at her as she is to you. maybe in case you adult men piss her off sufficient she will have the potential to go away on her very own :) there is unquestionably no rationalization which you would be able to no longer placed her in her place if she is being nasty to you

You most likely can not change your roommate.....it's time for you to move! Be up front with her and her friend....tell them you can not live in these conditions and give her a notice (in writing). I would cover my sofa or move it to a storage unit until you find another place.....It's best to find a place to live by yourself, if you can afford it. Sometimes it can be difficult to find compatible room mates. If you do find another, check them out very carefully before moving in together! Good luck.
