Depends on your job title and where you live because minimum wage differs by state. It also depends on experience. I worked at one (in PA) and made 7.80/hour (as cashier). Minimum wage here is in the process of going to 7.15/hour, so I made a little more than minimum wage. Wal-mart also has pay grades. For example, Cart-pusher and people greeters are a 1, so they might start at 7.20, regular sales associates are 2, so they might start at 7.40, cashiers are pay grade 3 so they might start at 7.60, or something like that, and then they do this calculation for experience, like if your being a cashier and you have 2 years of experience as a cashier of some sort, even like if you worked at subway, you might start out like 40 cents more than the normal cashier starting wage. So it's hard to say how much you would make.

Between minimum wage and much more than that. I think the average is $9 or so. A pharmacist or other professional will make much more.

It has been 10 years since I worked for Wal-mart. I 1990, they started at no less that $0.50 above minimum wage. If you don't get yourself fired, you will get at least an annual raise. If you get promoted, you will get a bigger raise.
