Yup! You got it! We're all in trouble, now, unless we can somehow get a middle-class person into office. One who has the majority of middle-class people's best interests in mind. What's good for the middle-class is good for America!

It was almost inevitable that Bush would pardon Libby. I think the Republicans have gotten themselves so far in the dog house with the majority of Americans that they think this is a badly needed victory of some sort. When really, it just gives Democrats and many Independents another reason to vote for the Democrat nominee, whether it's Sen. Clinton or someone else. Stay tuned, there's more to come lol. It seems every week that goes by just adds more fuel to the already burning scandals the Republicans can't put out to save their lives.

It was a forgone conclusion that if Scooter fell on his sword, he wouldn't see the inside of a cell. The only reason Bush is doing this now is because the judge wouldn't let him postpone his jail time until it was a more convenient time (after the election).
I don't know about Hillary. I'd rather vote for Richardson, but a smart man with both foreign AND domestic policy experience will never make it past the primaries. I'm an independent, but I'll be voting for whatever democrat makes it past the primaries.

You are an idiot. Bush commuted Libby's sentence, he did not pardon him so he is still a felon but wont serve jail time. Libby was convicted of lying under oath the same as Bill Clinton who recieved no jail time. Libby was known NOT to be the source of the "leak" that was being investigated but yet the prosecutor pressed on. What does that say about our legal system? And for the record, Clinton shouldnt have been tried either. Also, Clinton did pardon a lot of bad people including Rican terrorists and Marc Rich so your holier than though attitude is misguided and ill advised.

How soon we forget didn't you pay attention to the list of people Bill Clinton pardon right before he left office. And wasn't he himself being tried for perjury and didn't they find him guilty. And how about a formal president faking an attack on a U.S. ship to justify sending troops to Vietnam. And for spoiled rich kid's how about a certain senator from Mass. who was caught cheating in college had someone else taking exams for him. And then 18 years later drives a car into a lake with a woman inside and fails to report it for over 8 hours. And he gets re elected. And I could list many more times when people with money and political backing done things the average person would go to jail for.

The sentence imposed was not correct. it should not have happened. The President did the right thing. And, who is richer than Hillary? What a silly childish question.

I guess the four felons that Bill Clinton pardoned (you know, the ones involved with cocaine distribution in Arkansas and the one involved with Whitewater) didn't upset you as much as a pardon for a guy who "outed" a CIA worker who wasn't even under cover...so he didn't break the law...but because he technically lied about lying, he broke the law...wow, I guess Scooter is more of a danger to your kids than the guys trying to sell them Cocaine...I guess you "should" vote for Hillary, you probably need a fix.

What a joke? Hillary's co-conspirators were all pardoned by Bill on the day he left office. What makes Hillary any better?
