Penguin game On New HP computer?

My aunt waas in town a few months ago, and had some penguin game on her Hp computer. U had to like use tools like a bubble machine thing . I have a dell, and want to play that game. How can I get it with out paying anything???

You can download it here. It is so freaking hard though! I can't find a walkthrough online anywhere. :(
