Discipline is often said to be the key to success. It is always easier said then done, what do you do to discipline yourself? (e.g. finances, health, relationships, etc.)

Discipline is as a synonym of self control You can build a decision hierarchy in your mind as a method for your brain to control behaviors based on impulse. If that fails, you can condition yourself using operand conditioning.

you discipline yourself according to the goals that you want to obtain, doing whatever is necessary to achieve that objective

We over-indulge in our "feelings".

Discipline is nothing more than exercising self-control. This is very difficult to do if you engage in every whim and fancy that comes your way.

You're one person. Stop lying to yourself. Do what you tell yourself to do. You're perfectly able if you really want to do anything.
