Ive been in an overinflated league a few times, they are fun if you have the right people involved. The hinderance comes when defenses have their bye weeks in a league with more than 16 teams involved, not all teams will be able to have a defense on the field for every game, so the key would be to add receivers to the starting roster, or add flex players such as a WR/RB or a WR/TE to make things interesting. Points per reception is a must and I would recommend playing with fractional points to avoid the chance for ties. Also, it would help to overemphasize points awarded to the QB, and WR category stats, to compensate to make the defenses less important. OR you could skip drafting defenses all together and go without them, or even run a Individual Defensive player league. Its alot of fun with extra teams involved. If you're not willing to set your league up this way than I recommend spliting the teams into 2 leagues. Hope this helps, good luck this season!!!

You have to do two leagues. You can only have 20 players in one league.

I played a league w 20 ppl in it. After a few of them lost more then twice in a row early on they stopped playing. We called them by-weeks when we played them later on.

I would say 2 leagues.

Two leagues. One league would dilute the talent too much.

DEFINATLY two. I currently have a 14-man MLB fantasy league, and even that we started drafting minor leaguers. I dont even think there would be enough players to go around for NFL.
