My favorite Novel of all time is a Stephen King Novel The Stand. Its a classic tale of good versus evil. Set in the day it puts Mother Abigail and her followers in Boulder Co against the Walking Dude and his cronies in Las Vegas Ne. I couldn't put it down when I read it. I've reread it several times.

Right now my favorite book is Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. It is romance/suspence but my favorite changes alot. It is usually whatever I just read. Some of my other favorites are Gone With the Wind (Romance again) and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (It is like a memoir that is changed some so that it's fiction). I don't think I could choose just one book.

If you like reading non-fiction, about what goes on nowadays - I recommend these two -

1) "Under the Loving Care of the Fatherly Leader"
written by Bradley K. Martin

2) "Rogue Regime"
written by Jasper Becker

These two well-written books give an insight about the North Korean Government.

Fiction?

Try all the books written by Clive Cussler.

The hero is Dirk Pitt, with his sidekick Al Giordino. These are well-written.

I'm into New Age/Metaphysical type of novels, therefore my favorite would have to be The Zahir by Paulo Coelho. I will say, however, that anyone interested in this book should read The Alchemist first, if they haven't already.

My favorite novel is MYSTERY. I enjoy the plot, the conflict, the resolution. In mysteries, there are so much suspense attached to the story. That is why in my book, BLACK MINISTER, there will be so much plots to unfold, heightened conflict to resolve.

Three Men in a Boat by Jerome K. Jerome. A classic and a real blast, all about three male friends taking a boat along the Thames and showing how they don't get along. It was written in the early years of the 20th century and it is very atmospheric.

"Memoirs of a Geisha". I read it before it came out as a movie. It was a page turner for me. I love period books set in different parts of the world. It was one of those books that takes you in and you feel that you are right there with the characters in 1940's Japan.
